Reading-room covenant
Accession date of this instrument: 18 June 2026
The following reading-room covenant (“Covenant”) sets forth the conditions under which visitors may enter the digital chart room at forexwithai.one and engage the archival programmes operated by ForexWithAI Heritage Desk Ltd., a Nova Scotia corporation maintaining its registered office at 1675 Lower Water Street, Halifax, NS B3J 1S3. By opening any page, submitting correspondence, or reserving a berth at the heritage desk, you acknowledge this Covenant as binding. Should any provision prove unacceptable, please withdraw from the premises immediately and refrain from further use.
1. Catalogue of defined terms
“Premises” denotes the website, downloadable placards, accession labels, and templated correspondence issued under the ForexWithAI mark. “Programmes” encompasses chart-room admission, folder consultations in closed stacks, curator-led briefings, bibliography cross-checks, and regulatory orientation sessions described on the Premises. “Holdings” means original prose, exhibit photography, FXWA accession numbers, layout plates, and finding aids authored by our staff. “Visitor,” “you,” and “reader” refer to any individual who enters the Premises or attends a Programme in person or remotely.
2. Archival and pedagogical mission
Every Holding and Programme exists solely for historical inquiry, maritime monetary scholarship, and critical literacy around currency archives. Nothing displayed on the Premises constitutes investment counsel, fiscal planning, legal opinion, or solicitation to purchase or dispose of securities, derivatives, or foreign-exchange contracts. ForexWithAI Heritage Desk Ltd. holds no CIRO, CSA, or provincial registration in any securities-dealer, portfolio-adviser, or fund-management capacity.
ForexWithAI is a heritage reading desk dedicated to the historical and archival study of foreign-exchange markets and to the critical retrospective analysis of academic claims about artificial-intelligence applications to currency research. We are not registered with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), or any provincial securities regulator as a dealer, adviser, or investment fund manager. We do not provide real-time quotes, trading signals, broker referrals, leveraged products, MetaTrader expert advisors, or any form of currency-trading service. Foreign-exchange trading involves significant risk and is, in Canada, available only through CIRO-registered dealers; we are not such a dealer. Historical exchange-rate episodes presented as exhibition material are offered for educational and archival purposes only; they do not forecast future currency movements.
3. Conduct within the chart room
Visitors shall comport themselves with the decorum expected in a working archive. The following behaviours are expressly forbidden:
- Forced entry into server vaults, staff correspondence accounts, or restricted accession databases;
- Mechanical harvesting of Holdings at volumes that impair vessel stability of the site;
- Depositing fabricated contact particulars, unsolicited bulk mail, or automated ledger entries through public forms;
- Commercial republication of Holdings without written curatorial permission;
- Using the Premises to recruit trading clients, distribute harmful code, or harass docents;
- Claiming affiliation with ForexWithAI Heritage Desk Ltd. without authority.
Curators may bar entry, filter harbour traffic by IP range, or notify maritime authorities when preservation or safety demands it.
4. Reservations and berth assignments
The Premises offer no patron login vaults. Programme reservations receive confirmation by email. Visitors bear responsibility for accurate contact coordinates and punctual arrival at scheduled sessions. Cancellation protocols attached to confirmation letters govern forfeiture; repeated absences without notice may suspend future berth assignments.
5. Tariffs and settlement
Admission and consultation tariffs published on exhibit pages appear as Canadian-dollar ranges before applicable imposts. Final dockets include GST/HST where statute requires under registration 334928761RT0001. Settlement is due at the heritage desk unless institutional invoicing receives prior curatorial approval. We decline payment contingent upon trading outcomes or speculative gains.
6. Provenance and intellectual holdings
ForexWithAI Heritage Desk Ltd. retains copyright in original Premises Holdings, FXWA exhibit codes, and curated bibliographies. A limited licence permits online viewing, printing modest excerpts for private non-commercial study with attribution, and sharing hyperlinks to public accession sheets. Visitors may not strip copyright legends, reverse-engineer site rigging, or train commercial machine-learning models on our prose without contract. Third-party archival facsimiles remain bound by donor agreements reproduced in exhibit credits.
7. Deposits from visitors
Correspondence lodged through contact forms and consultation materials you supply remain your intellectual property. You grant us a narrow licence to store and process such deposits solely to answer inquiries and deliver booked Programmes. Anonymized research questions may appear in aggregate annual accession reports without identifying individuals.
8. Outbound harbour links
Hyperlinks to government regulators, universities, and public archives appear for navigational convenience. External holdings lie beyond our curatorial control; we assume no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, or provenance practices. Following outbound links remains entirely at your discretion.
9. Warranty exclusions
The Premises and Programmes are furnished “as accessioned” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular scholarly purpose, or freedom from proprietary conflict. We do not warrant continuous mooring, error-free Holdings, or that exhibition material reflects the most current regulatory charts — readers must verify critical facts against primary authorities.
10. Ceiling on liability
To the fullest extent Nova Scotia statute permits, ForexWithAI Heritage Desk Ltd., its directors, curators, and suppliers shall not answer for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including forgone profits or trading losses, arising from Premises use or reliance on Holdings, even when advised of such possibility. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed tariffs paid during the year before the claim arose, or one hundred Canadian dollars when no tariffs were paid.
11. Visitor indemnity
You undertake to indemnify and hold harmless ForexWithAI Heritage Desk Ltd. against claims arising from misuse of the Premises, breach of this Covenant, or violation of outside parties’ proprietary rights through materials you deposit.
12. Provenance of personal information
Practices concerning visitor particulars appear in our Provenance policy and Deposit ledger, incorporated herein by reference.
13. Amendments to the covenant
Curators may revise this Covenant by posting an updated instrument with a fresh accession date. Material alterations will be flagged on the chart-room landing page for at least fourteen days. Continued presence on the Premises after amendments constitutes acceptance.
14. Venue and applicable charts
Interpretation of this Covenant follows the statutes of Nova Scotia together with federal enactments of Canada having force therein. Disputes shall be heard exclusively by courts sitting in Halifax, Nova Scotia. If any clause is held unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full vigour.
